They take good pics, but you cannot set a time delay between pics. They are surveilance cams and take pics as long as they detect movement.

My dad has been using one for surveillance since the beginning of the year. So far so good. You will be scrolling through a lot of pictures though.

Just remember that if you put it on a feeder it's going to take about 10 pics per minute while the animals are in front of it. That would be 100 pics every 10 minutes. That means if you have animals in front of it for 40 minutes in the morning and 40 minutes in the evening you could have 800 pics per day. I feed a lot and at my feeders and that camera would probably take 1,500+ pics a day and eat through batteries in no time. Heck with a 5 minute delay I still get about 300-400 pics a week on my current camera's.

With all that said they should be decent on a game trail.
