engine wiring harness

I need a wiring harness for the following setup. Not sure which harness I'm looking for.

- 85 Bronco with a 302 Mustang engine (bored .030) and an MSD ignition coil and distributor.

EFI conversion, or still carb?

If EFI - I would look at a RJM harness, Painless or Centech

If carb, any generic "hot rod harness" will do.
