This is a snake that a friend of a friend saw and snapped a pic of. Only thing i know is the location was in Belton. Not sure on a size/length or anything other than this pic.

I was thinking rat snake but the blotches down the side look different than the ones i have seen.

From that far away it could be anything from an earth worm to a gaboon viper...
Highest chances are that it's a rat snake. The pattern could be that of a hognose as well. No way to tell without more detailed pictures.
