Berries sound like tallow, but the leaves look weird.

          Pretty helpful website

Im guessing a Hackberry or sugar berry by the way the leaves look. Maybe brazillian bluewood

Fruit looks like Texas persimmon, limbs look and grow like hackberry, leaves?

I have a couple Texas Persimmons in my back yard. The only info I can offer is that it is definitely not a Texas Persimmon - or a cedar tree.... or a weeping willow.

Netleaf hackberry- rough leaf.. Greyish green on backside of leaf. Veination on back resembles net where as American or cedar elm don't. Berries are kind of purple about the size of a marble and will become pretty hard and woody like a nut when mature.. The bark will be smoother grey with knots all over
