Youth hunts at Prarie Haynes Ranch!! I need numbers!

All right! I got ahold of the man in charge. The deal is for ten hunters, and their dad's to accompany them, to hunt three hunts on the weekend of Oct 31-Nov 2nd. The kids must have all the legal stuff covered (license, hunter's safety card if old enough, etc). It has a cabin with a fireplace, no heating or air, and has bunk beds to sleep in, with port-a-potties for the bathrooms. It costs $20 per hunter. From my recollection the first people to jump at this were:
Me/ kids =1
Keith Latimer/kids=2
KNK/kids=1
Shane/kids= 1
TxJon/kids=1
Devin/rugrats=2
Spanish Gringo/kids=2
Kamoman/kids=2

That puts us right around the ten kids limit. Please pm me to confirm these numbers, and if you want to get on the back up list. If someone drops out their spot goes to the next inline. I will do my best to get this set up, we just need to finalize this to reserve that weekend. IT'S THE ONLY WEEKEND LEFT TO HUNT!

Do you realize this is Halloween weekend? I will talk to my boys when they get home from school, but they may more interested in Trick-or-treating than hunting. They are 6 and 7 years old.

Are there any other weekends available? How will the hunts be conducted? Are blind and/or feeders in place?

Youth Hunt

Thanks for the heads up! I had to evacuate up to our Oklahoma office but should be flying back in Houston tomorrow nite. I will address the Halooween weekend issue with my boys but i don't think that it will be an issue. We have all of our legalities (Hunter safety, etc.) taken care of. refresh my memory where the ranch is, what game they can take, etc?
