I am getting about tired of iPhones (not enough storage and seems slow to me) and have been wanting to try the Samsung Galaxy line of phones, but i'm scared of getting a phone I have a hard time using. So i'm curious, just how hard/easy is it to use? Is it compareable to an iPhone after a few weeks of messing around with it?

I had iphone for 6 years, and switched to Galaxy because of the ability to add memory and change batteries and to try something new. I dont dislike the galaxy but it is not for me. I will be going back to iPhone when this one breaks. Also, the new galaxy 6 does not have a spot for a memory card, so if you want a phone with a lot of memory be prepared to spend some money.
After having the galaxy for year now, I dont see any speed difference. I still get pop ups saying that "google play has stopped working" or such and such is not working and I have to close the program and restart it. Not a major inconvenience but...
I do like the widgets though and the app "aCar" for my MPG and vehicle expenses. Those are really the only 2 reasons I have not tried real hard to trade it out.
Good luck!

I've used Samsung phones for several years. My wife has an iPhone, and it seems complicated to me. In reality, they're both very user-friendly, but you just have to use one of them long enough to get comfortable with them. My Galaxy S5 Active is a great phone. There are a lot of things it does that my wife's iPhone either doesn't do or doesn't do as well. There are a few things that hers does better than mine, but most of those are apps and functions that are minor that I don't have a need for anyway.
