Tapatalk Notification Issues

Something has changed in the last few days on my tapatalk. I'm all of a sudden getting notifications to my phone (over and over) that I have never had before. Settings have all notifications turned off. This is driving me crazy.

Ideas?

Mine is doing the same thing lately. Been longer than a week.

I still can't post up pictures. Gets to about 70% downloaded and then says it can't finish for some reason.
