Robin testing new lights

Robin made us new LED flounder lights. Figured we would slip down to the Freeport jetties and see if they work. Well she is averaging 1 every 10 mins since we got here at 9pm[/URL[/URL

Kool. Did you make those yourself? Looking for some plans to make ours...

No paddle board. You are probably seeing the crab net on the other end of my gig and thinking it's a paddle. If you look closely you will see two poles taped together. The gig and a crab net are taped back to back. That way I can scoop up any nice crabs I see while I'm gigging. It is great to have some crab available to stuff the flounder with.

We had just made a quick trip to the beach to do a bit of fishing but I took one of the new lights I had just finished to poke into the water and see what it looked like. I was very happy to see a few flounder. I'd say the lights work great.

I made the lights using SmackDaddy's plans from 2Cool. The 20w Oznium lights are the bomb!
