Good place to fish from the bank around Port A?

heading to Port A on Friday. My boy and I will have about 4-5 hours in the afternoon. Anyone want to share some good places? Baits?

Surf or jetties. There will be bass in the bays it is so fresh.

Go all the way to the end of the Jetties to the Ship channel go about 200 yards to the rock point, throw you some dead shrimp and pound of lead let her go..Big Black Drum,plate sized flounder..Maybe a trout or Red fish..Take sweeter dope with you
