Obvious Obama wants to let ISIS win

Obama won't let the air force target ISIS strongholds. Won't adequately arm the Iraqis. Won't put decisive boots on the ground. Sent out Ash Carter to start blaming the Iraqis. My prediction: 6 months from now he will pull all troops out and claimed we tried but couldn't overcome the poor performance by the Iraqis who he is setting up to fail. Worst commander in chief ever!
