    freezer went out!!!!!

Have, or is it had, three LARGE boxes of assorted WT in a large walk in freezer at the office. Assorted pan sausage, smoked rings, chili, burger, stew, steaks, jerky, hunters sticks, etc. Went out sometime Saturday during the storms, wasn't discovered until Monday. Computer said the highest temp got in walk in was 32 degrees. I never inspected the meat, as I am not in the office. They told me some was "soft", but most was still hard. Problem is I don't know what was soft and what was hard. Its all hard now that the freezer is going. What would you do? Keep it, or trash it?

Not sure how the meat would soften at 32 deg?

Keep it. Unless the temp was above 45-50 for an extended period its still fine.

It's good still if it was around 32. They hang meat at the slaughter house and it's above 32 degrees in there.

Same way ice cream is soft in the mid 20's.
