lake Bastrop State Park DAM failure

I am hearing reports the dam has failed. Anybody have any additional info?

Just saw it on the news. Yeah they showed a video of water rushing over it.

I think it was the bastrop state park dam-something like a 8 acre lake.
Not Lake Bastrop for what I understood.

Lake bastrop and bastrop state park are two different parks.

The link above says bastrop state park is over flowing- not the 1000 acre Lake bastrop.

Hasn't that park seen enough damage? First drought and fire... now this.
