I've been thinking about making my own. Store bought isn't cutting it. Anyone know of a good place in Houston to grab some real Boudin?

Nice. My first attempt was 40#s worth. I used a recipe I found on line. It turned out great. It only lasted me a couple months. I need to get me another good sized pig to make some more.

you're welcome Eric , looks great ... not that hard, just a little time consuming

for those curious, I sell a bag of Ragin Blaze boudin seasoning for $5 which will yield 40 lbs of boudin

ps - I 2nd Oscar's recommendation. For those who don't have the time or "want" to make boudin, Bonfire Wings is your ticket

I made my first batch a couple months ago with the Ragin Blaze seasoning and followed Blake's recipe for the most part. So far everyone that has tried it says it's the best they've ever tried.

You gotta update your website...may be missing out on some sales opportunities. Unless you're holding back on purpose
