One set up here at the mall in Midland. Couple of weeks ago there was one set up by the baseball park. Do any of yall still go to these places and more so take family?

My take. Most the carnies are POS (meth, boozers, BIG TIME BURGLARS etc.) Last time I had to go to one was to arrest 2 for being drunk/stoned while operating the rides, that was several yrs ago.

Yep we do Six Flags, Fiesta etc. There is a whole lot of difference between that and the Carnivals that prop up.

Not for me or anyone I know. They show up from time to time over at Gunspoint Mall. I would need to carry if I was at one.

There is one that sets up at the mall at 59 @ bellaire often too. I see them when I'm on the way to work. carnies are crooks IMO.

I love me a carnie. My kids love them. My wife hates them. We go ever time one comes to town lol

I once asked a carnie what his job was like ;he said its like being in jail but you get to wear your normal clothes .

We go to a few of the small town festivals and rodeo carnivals. For example the bluebonnet festival in burnet, watermelon thump in luling, Austin rodeo, etc.
