    Meat slicer

I was just wondering what brand and blade size most of you use to slice brisket? I'm interested in buying one and would hate to get one that is too small.

    I use a dexter-russel 12inch basic slicer. Was $24 bucks.

If I was going to buy a new one I would look at this one:

Shop the web’s best selection of knives and blades at Knifeworks.com or check out our location in Columbia, LA. Great prices and fast shipping!

I have at least 30 forschner knives from when I ran a meat mkt. and they will all do a good job, but I have always preferred to use my Mr. Twister electric knife.
