Let me start by saying this is not a rant, freak out or complaint. I've been Using Archery Country since I started bow hunting about 6 years ago and they have always been great and have even not charged me for little things that required the bow to go into the press. Well today I went in to get some minor work done on my bow. Unfortunately the Tech did not notice the cable had slipped of the roller guard after he took it off the bow press(08 general) and he pulled it back and shredded the cable. Well, we all make mistakes. They owned it and are replacing the string and cable at no charge.
Just wanted to talk to somebody about it.
I told my wife and she just looked at me like I was speaking Russian.
Not the way I planned on getting a new string set but they are making it right. Good guys over there.
