My favorite oil patch photo. The last rig I was on in the rear view. Survived the down turn but it scared the crap out of me. I got a job close to home that’s stable and the money is good. I missed out on way too much time with my family on those 60 + day hitches

That was Latshaw 39 just south of Enid back in early 2017. The directional co I worked for had all of the Alta Mesa work but lost it a month or so later
