I've never heard about this "500 number."

So if you go to this link then it is not accurate? Because it states "no draw results found."

the results aren't official yet. A lot of guys do a "in the back door" check which is what's happening now. A 500 code means you drew a tag-this number doesn't have any indication as to the area you drew(which you should know-based on what you applied for). I checked this morning for my bull elk tag and I got a 581 code-woot!!
