I hope one day to have that much land. Right now we are getting our house ready for market so we can make an offer on a house with 1 acre. Tired of the small town living. lol

Just went through this ourselves. They ended up taking our offer and we closed last Thursday on a house and 10 acres. You are right, the waiting was the worst part!! Good luck!!

Yes it does and I completely understand! We have an offer in on our dream property right now as well. Put in the offer Friday evening and still havent heard back yet....killing me. Good luck sir and hope you get your place out on the country! Nothing like having land of your own and the peace and quite.

Got the call I'd been waiting on, but not the result I expected. She has four or five adjoining parcels, only one of which I'm interested in. She had another group ready to buy an 80 acre parcel, but somehow that fell apart a bit. Now she wants to get everything surveyed prior to finalizing any deals. Looks like we keep waiting....
