Watching a high water rescue on WFAA Ch8. Trying to get a family out of a house in Johnson Co. First attempt I saw the water rescue team had to get pulled back. Come on Ft Worth or Dallas teams. This small dept needs help.

They said 5-8" of rain in 6 hrs... That's a **** floater for sure!!

Ya, I was kind of surprised that it didn't take near as long to fill Richland Chambers as I thought it might. Probably lots of fish died in one creek there I fish when it dried up completely.

Just had a copter come in and rescue them.

If they would have waited 30 mins. The owner could have walked out. Water is receding as fast as it came up.
