What happens with the Cowboys at 9 to 1 and the Texans at 50 to 1?

I tried to find Astros gear in the airport but the owner said they were sold out. Tons of Aggie gear on the shelves. Seemed strange to me since in TEXAS terms they are close together.?! I would have thought they would have been sold out too.
