there are alot of places in the hill country that are $1200-$1800 a gun, with 6-8 guys on 1000 acres and sometimes less. that a ripoff in my opinion.

The suckers that are on the lease probably think it is a good deal. Probably don't know the first thing about finding sign and patterning deer.
