Pro Hamilton.... He pulled a hammy running out a game winning walk off pinch hit double. It happens.

Sucks but it is what it is. At least he was busting *** when it happened.

story of his career ..... just when things start looking good and you get excited, there's always a big letdown either from injury or his demons

How is it obvious? He comes back slow after not playing pro ball for 7 ish months, then starts to get hot.. Out with a hammy but there's a lot of season left to play. Coming off the bench to hit is tough.. As is sprinting and getting a short time to stretch/warm up. He makes the Rangers a better team, and imo has plenty of life left in him... Just think we should watch a season or two before we can say that

I think his legs were not in the best shape to begin with. He rushed to get back to the team. Hopefully he can still hit in practice and keep his timing up.

if, and this is a big if for a rookie, joey can keep booming it, josh can return as a spot player, plugging in where he can most likely rake. he doesn't have to get 400 ab's to make his contract, so he shouldn't complain. do you know anyone making 20 mil per that has any complaints?
