West Texas is a big place but for fall oats and wheat is kinda hard to beat.

Nothing unless you plan on irrigating. Not enough rain to grow without watering. If you got water you can plant some clover mix.

I planted soybeans, blackeyes, lablab,guar, and milo. It just partially germinated last weekend with all of the moisture. I've got one more plot to do if it ever quits raining.
