Need to borrow Glock site removal tool
05-13-2015, 06:44 PM
Anyone in the greater SE Texas area have a 3/16" precision nut driver? I have some new sites I need to install on my Walther. I have a 3/16" socket, but it's too fat (thick walled). Just need to borrow it briefly.
Thanks!

go to a pawn shop, find a 3/16 cheap socket or nut driver in their "china tool bin" for 50 cents or a dollar
Take it home and spin it on your bench grinder, angle grinder or dremmel tool till the walls are thin enough to do the job.
Throw it the drawer for next time

I have one you can use. I live in Conroe. Ever come this way? If not, I'll send it to you. PM me your address if you need me to send it.
