What will it cost to survey 3ac? Any TBHers in the Austin county area want to give me a bid?

I think it shouldn't be more than $400-$500 but I don't know the property. We use local survey companies a lot at the bank. If you want a recommendation send me a PM with your info and I'll send you one tomorrow am.Last edited by HoustonHunter; 05-13-2015, 06:26 PM.

The short answer is it depends. If it is a vacant tract (or if all you want is a boundary survey) if there are improvements on the land (house drives etc.). Also the kind of terrain makes a big difference flat and open would be less expensive than heavily wooded for example. With that said it should be between $500 on the low end to as much as $1300 if you have a wooded lot with lots of improvements. I wish you were closer so I could give you a real bid but the job would have to be pretty big for us to go that far from San marcos. Hope this helps.
