Perko switch vs dual isolator

I'm buying my parts for a dual battery set-up on my CC and came across a good read on the two battery isolator. I'm watching a Perko on ebay.What is a better idea? Perko is manual but an isolator is a permanent engine charge on both? ..running bilge and aerator,Lowrance and two small speakers/radio.

I would think charging both off the engine is the way to go. I could be wrong. Or maybe just the battery that runs the engine and trickle charge the other since it isn't used for much.

I'd do the isolator. They'll both charge whenever the motor is running, but isolate when you turn off the key.
