went out today and looked at lot of the marinas close by. The water is the highest ive seen it since the big flood of 2007.

"How high is the water momma" comes to mind. Texoma and RR are my home waters...been closely monitoring both. RR has stabilized last couple days...it'll be fine. Yes its 7' above normal but it does not have the tributaries that Texoma does. They can draw RR down. Texoma on the other hand can get big and nasty...and its doing it quick! Look out if there is much more rain out west to feed the Red or in Ok to feed the Wa****a. Feel sorry for the lake businesses. Drought one year...flood the next!

Ray Roberts filled up way before they expected, it has a pretty big water shed, with Lewisville being flooded they cannot just drain Roberts, going to be touch and go if we get all that rain they are forecasting, Texoma on the other hand, oh boy can it get out of hand, I sure hope they miss the forecast for the sake of all the folks that make their living off of the lake, not to mention all the damage that could occur.
