Prayers Indeed. All the rain and Hubbard only came up 2 feet. Something is wrong with that lake.

Nothing wrong with it. The rain just didn't fall in the right places this time. Like I said, it's been spotty. Some of the lakes didn't catch any at all, while others caught 5-10 ft. Hubbard is lucky to have got the 2 ft it got.

I drove around pk last night and it's up pretty good amount from just last weekend. They are saying it should come up another 4-5 ft by the end of this week.

Lavon Lake is close to 4' above normal. Gates are closed right now. Probably having to be carefull how much they let go down stream right now.

Hubbard has a VERY small water catch and unfortunately it is down South of the lake towards Moran/Baird area and they did not get near the rain that the land North of Hubbard did. Hubbard itself had more ground surface precipitation than its watershed did. It will take MORE than a 100yr flood to fill Hubbard Creek Res back up
