South TX lease opening (Aguilares, Tx)

Guys I'm looking for a gun or two to join me on a low fence lease in Aguilares, tx. The place is 250 acres low fence and surrounded by bigger neighbors. The place does not have running water or electricity but does have a small camp house that the owner says we can use. Asking $2400 per gun. PM me with any any questions. Thanks
