There's a 100 million just like me who can hardly wait to eat Blue Bell again. They'll be back. Heck, they're building a brand distribution center in Tomball as we speak so maybe they'll be back bigger and better.

So the FDA says cleaning was inadequate in 2013 and nothing happened till 2015. Listeria can't be that bad. If it was they would have done something sooner.

After a company has a hit such as this, it's very hard to come back from. Ever since HEB has come out with creamy creations, blue bell has been on the decline.

By the time all of the lawsuits are finished , I doubt there will be a bluebell company left, but they may re-brand and try a comeback
