Where to get a custom leather holster made

I have a Kimber BP TEN II that I really like and want to get a custom OWB holster made. This is not a particularly common 1911 variant and is a bit wider than standard. No one makes an off the shelf holster specifically for this pistol. I got a quote from one custom leather holster maker but he has a 6-8 month wait. I would like to find someone who could do it quicker. Ideally someone located within driving distance of Houston as I would prefer to be able to make sure the pistol fits before taking it home. Any suggestions?
