    Shoot........all I used was half a roll of duct tape, a wad of bubble gum and a spritz of wd-40.

      door wasn't all the way up and backed into it with wife's suburban

      I heard the dreaded .. " bang ..... screeeeeeeeeetch" and knew exactly what it was

          I admit, I had a panic attack and ran for the butter knife, but I think the key for this fix was the wad of bubblegum!

          So happy to read some of you guys have done this. I don't feel quite so blonde anymore!!! LOL

            I used to be a lot more blonde and I have done it too. It was not even that long ago, so your not alone.

                    Don't sweat it. Last year I drove my 3/4 ton through my garage door and took out part of the outside wall. It was about 12 thousand worth of damage not counting the trip to ER. I felt like a idiot! Glad your not hurt, stuff happens.

                          Dang, talk about TBH express!!! Way to hop right on it Flash Outdoors!! Garage doors/openers can be such a pain to deal with and repair sometimes.
