I need this guy's head only, no back ground. Somebody help a brutha out.

Anybody? I just need the head cropped out to where I can resize it and use it on different things. Just give me some head to work with and I'll do the dirty work.

This gets it down to one solid white background so you can use the cut feature in MS Paint that eliminates background color and then paste it on any picture and you'll only see the face

According to the ol interweb, the transparency feature in paint does not work with the new Windows OS's. That's why I can't get it to work.
