Mowed the back yard. About half way through weed eating the back yard, I opened my eyes and I was laying on the ground with my weedeater idling a few feet away. I crawled over to the fence and sat there for a few minutes. I felt perfectly fine, so I got up and finished. I felt fine before starting, it was not hot outside. Don't know what happened.I've had a sinus infection and a head cold, so maybe they had something to do with it.

On a side note, after last night, I think my heart is fine. My grandaughter brought a baby cottontail in the house and it got away from her. Between me chasin the durn thing, the weener dog barkin and chasin it, my wife screamming at the dog and Alexis crying because she thought she was in trouble, I'm pretty sure the ol ticker is good to go.

Suffering a syncope episode is never normal, very likely it's not a sinus problem that caused this. There are so many things than can cause this from neurological standpoint IE Seizure, TIA ''mini stroke'' as well as a cardiac episode such as a dysrhythmia , slow heart beat ''Bradycardia'' or ''Ventricular Ectopy'' IE Skip beats, causing a significant drop in Blood pressure. Please go get seen sir.
