The grubsteak has a pretty good elk steak, and wapiti grill was pretty good too when we went in October. But I will say stay away from the Mexican restaurant that is on main street that is on the third floor of a build I forget the name, but if you have to go upstairs while your headed to a Mexican restaurant TURN AROUND lol trust me

I don't remember the name of the place but the restaurant right before the NE entrance to the park is not very good.

We ate at bighorn restaurant. They had pretty good breakfast. We also ate at steakhouse that was pretty good but can't remember the name.

On the way up to Estes stop at Oskar Blues and eat. It was great. Also in Estes Park the lodge at Mary's Landing (I think that's the name) was some of the best food I've had in a long time. Plus great beer on tap there.

Estes Park Brewery has good food and good brew too.

I've been to Estes Park a few times and love it and the national park. There is a placer called The Wapiti Pub. Always wanted to check it out but was out voted. If you go there, let me know how it is.
