I took the liberty to create this picture to illustrate my post from earlier today. Notice the wording on the Red River compared to Ranger Creek (San Antonio, awesome distillery tour!) and the oldest age stated Bottle in Bond made Henry McKenna.

Silver Star is not a bourbon, and Red River is sourced from out state and put in a cool Texas type bottle. Ranger Creek (San Antonio) age their own barrels. .36 is good.

Never had red river or silver star so was just trying to remember brands. Ranger Creek is good, I was given a bottle of their .22 and it was a good unique flavor
