I traded for one of these a few weeks ago.. it is delicious.. love Old Forester in general, but this one has even more flavor depth and a bit of mesquite smokiness too! It's really good!

If any of you are ever in the area, the "You do Bourbon" experience at Heaven Hill is fantastic. It's about an hour for a tasting and bottle-your-own experience. I went with some buddies a couple of weeks ago. We got to try a Bernheim, an Elijah Craig, a Larceny, and a HH Special Reserve (Barrel pick only used for the program, not distributed). After the tasting, they handed us an empty bottle. We got to clean it, add our choice of Bourbon, label it, and then purchase it. Overall, very cool. Plus, I now have a bottle of Elijah Craig with my handwritten name/date of bottling.
I travel fairly extensively for work. Everyone is always asking for recommendations. This will now be my go-to option to tell people.
You aren’t the first person I’ve seen mention this. It seems to come pretty highly recommended. It will be a definite stop whenever we can finally make it up there.
My wife and i had a fun road trip on Sunday. I saw brands of bourbon ive never seen before.
Had lunch at a Saltgrass Steak house
Cannot ever get the ER locally.
She really likes the grilled pineapple margarita..
Had to order the Liber and co. Pineapple syrup
Not a traditional whiskey by any means but Just tried Screwball Peanut butter whiskey and thought I'd hate it but nope. Surprisingly good. More like an Irish crème type drink though.

Yes sir! I believe it has won best flavored whiskey multiple years in a row.. my wife loves it and when we go out hiking, she likes to have a flask and take few swigs when we get to the top. It's definitely approachable and really quite good vs all other flavored whiskeys that are terrible!
