Sipping on some angels envy tonight. Very “oaky” after flavor, a little bite to it. Not nearly as enjoyable as the weller but good none the less. Probably wouldn’t buy again. Is the rye version any better?

The rye has a very unique taste, a little sweeter and complex.. it's a top choice for me.. i love it! Higher price point though

Instead of simple syrup, I use a Vermont maple syrup in my old fashions...really bumps it up a notch.
