Had Dewar's White Label for the first time over Thanksgiving. Definitely, the smoothest Scotch I've ever had. Will be having this again for sure!

I finished my EC Small Batch this past weekend also. I like mine neat but occasionally (like once a year lol) I like a whiskey and ginger ale. I use cheapo Jim Beam Black Extra Aged for that.

So along the lines of mixing, I mixed two of my favorites and in my opion, have created my perfect bourbon. 60% JJB 40% ECBP. Man it is so good. You still get the massive flavor profile from the ECBP, but cut down with the delicious JJB. Highly recommend trying it! Cheers.

So I tried this this weekend, and all I can say is “you ain’t lying”. Both good independent of each other (though ecbp is HOT for me), together it’s the cat’s pajamas!
