I’m right there as we speak. Celebrating first day at my new position after the promotion. No more oilfield field hand and feels a bit nice to be in an office where I can see me kids most nights.

Congrats! Mine was more of a "what do I do about finding a new job pour" but I had a 2nd one to toast your good news

Congrats! A fine way to start



I just returned a bottle of Yippee Ki-Yay Rye to a local store.
I bought it last Friday,
ok-ish upon opening but could not stand it on try 2 or 3. Took it back to the store, left it with a message for my sales guy to try. He text "tastes sour and kind of reminds me of mildew. In other words it's gross."
They are going to give me a bottle of something else to replace it.

I bought the new batch last week, but haven’t opened it. Last year’s is good. It’s one of my go-to’s!

I’ve picked up a bottle of Blantons each of the last two days for normal pricing which is rare around here. I’ve got a spare if anybody has something to trade I might not have been able to get a hold of. Weller 12 I absolutely cant get (stores haven’t seen a bottle here in over a year). Can add some cash for some more expensive stuff also

Don’t have to get rid of it but curious to see what someone else might give up for one if they can’t find it
