1792 Full Proof tonight. Very smooth for 125 proof, but also very flavorful and sweet. One of the more underrated bourbons, in my opinion.

I got lucky. A store manager in San Antonio brought me one out of the back that one of his coworkers had been holding for too long and hadn’t bought
