What kind of value do you think

This a Remington 700 in a 7MM with a Leopold 3x9x40 on it. I believe it was mfg. in the 1980's from what I can tell. What kind of value?
Its a sweet shooter and very accurate. Contemplating selling to fund another project. Its not in pristine shape, I would call it cleaner than average.
