The ground in my backyard is very hard. I am trying to rack out the big rocks left from the home contstrucrion. My question is could i use a tiller to break up so i can lay down bermuda seeds.

Rear tine tiller with tines that rotate opposite the tires (reversing tines). Start shallow. I can break dried gumbo with a good layer of grass walking to the side of mine guiding it with one hand!
