Brine

An easy way to do a great chicken brine is just do a basic brine mix and add a packet of those grill mates for every gallon of brine mixture.
It's been one of my go to chicken seasons for several years
I'll typically just throw the chicken in the mixture before I go to bed the night before cooking and leave until time to throw it on.
Some folks rinse after brine.
