This should top off Lake Lavon. Was 2 ft low yesterday. We got 2.4 inches last night and this morning. This should open all the boat ramps now.

Lost our front porch 8X8 awning and three large limbs out of pecan tree.Found the awning on the other side of our neighbors house.Dont know how it got through all the trees and over their wall.We are East of TCU about a mile and half.Alot of broken limbs in the neighborhood.

Neighbors lost a big oak tree across the street. We had a bunch of smaller branches down. Patio furniture was thrown all over back yard but other than that we came out okay. Power was out for about 3 hours too.

                    Thanks for the offer

Me and the kids got the tree cut and off the roof and pulled the tin off that corner. Got to get some new rafters and get them back on hopefully tomorrow. Broke four rafters and have to replace 3 or 4 rows of tin

Might try and find some rough sawed lumber like was used but will probably just go with store bought since I have no clue where there is a mill close to me

Rode around on the place and didn't find anything else damaged

All I had down was a small dead Magnolia limb out of the neighbors tree. Maybe a 2'er... Had the lawn guy pick it up as he did the front yard today.

Sorry for those that had damage this go round. This is Texas. We'll get more sooner or later...
