Unfortunately Shreveport/Bossier is not really know for great eats but as others have mentioned, there's a couple decent spots.

I think there is three locations in Shreveport/Boisser, good home cooking and the best pies around!!!

Just take your favorite margarita recipe and replace the tequila with everclear. I've seen some crazy stuff over the years with superior margaritas!!!

Back to the original question. I like Strawns and Wilsons Bistineau Inn. We used to go to Shockleys for fish but I think it closed years ago.
