I started chewing Cope when I was 10, yes 10. After 25 years I quit cold turkey and it's been over 5 1/2 years since my last chew. There are still times when I crave a chew.

              7 years and going.

Smoked a pack a day for about 6 years before quiting. Took me two times to get it right. Should have invested money in Big Red chewing gum. I chewed the crap out of that stuff for a couple months. Not to mention the fact that I could not go into a bar without having a nicotine fit for almost a year.

I started chewing redman as a young kid. After about 15 years I quit cold turkey. It has been 8 years ago and every now and then I would kill for a chew but I refuse to give in.

Quit my bad habit 18 days ago cold turkey. Decided I was playing a losing game with my life and it was time to give up the nasty habit. 1.5 cans of snuff a day can add up with the prices where they are today...

I quit about two months ago, still weening off, but every day it gets easier.

Now I need to get off the patches, and I will have the monster beat. I am ready to beat the monster....

I quit smoking 28 yrs ago. I had a 2 pack a day habit of Marboro 100's. I struggled for a year before I finally quit and I am glad I did. I feel so much better now than I did then. For everybody that is trying to quit good for you and keep with it. It is well worth it in the end.

I quit smoking March 19 2001. I tried to quit several times before but the $100 bet was what it took to get me to quit. Actually my GF had more to do with it but I can't tell her that.
