    Predator Control

Bradco and I went to do a little predator control and try out my new Fox Pro.
1st set was quite. 2nd set was text book. We weren't there 3-4 minutes and I spotted it bouncing through the tall grass. She held up about 50 yards or so from decoy (I think she spotted us moving), and started to trott away.
The grass was too tall and Bradco couldn't find her with the video camera but I found her in the scope of my Remington 17. Made a great shot in the head.
I like my Fox Pro already!!

Looks like the Wildfire II for $199. What tripod is that? I need to get one for mine to get it off the ground

Yes it is the Wildfire II. I don't know exactly what the brand of Tripod it is. I got it for
x-mas to use in my box blind to video off of my shelf, but it works great for holding my go-pro and the fox pro.

This is the first time to use it, but the sound quality is good. It has 35 preloaded sounds.
I mainly used the Jackrabbit and Cottontail distress. I switched to a squirrel distress and that's when I caught the movement. So don't exactly know which one started bring her in.

                  That or a spitfire.

Id also like to know about that tripod. Ive got a sling for mine to hang it but that tripod would be better

Nice.....I tried one spot yesterday for about 5 min. Mosquitos were way too bad and I had to leave.

I believe this is the tripod. I just covered the top portion with black tape to conceal a little better.

Love my FoxPro. OP you should try the FoxJack - the little doohickey that flips around like an injured bird. The movement really draws critters in.

Might have to start looking for a tripod like the OP's using - gets it up out of the weeds.
