Although, these two teams are ranked 6th and 7th in slugging percentage!
Oh, I'm well aware of the 90's Geaux-rilla Ball!! A buddy still holds most offensive records in SEC baseball. Numbers most likely will never be touched if things stay the same.
Geaux Tigers!Last edited by Wyatt 545; 04-23-2015, 02:55 PM.

things to watch for LSU if you havent watched any of their games this year. Alex Bregman is probably the best ss in the country and can smoke the ball and makes spectacular plays in the field, Mark Laird and Andrew Stevenson are part of what is no doubt the fastest outfield in the country. They make some spectacular catches also. 7 of LSU's 9 hitters are hitting over .300 the other 2 guys are hitting .298 and .290. Freshman Alex Lange who will pitch Friday is 7-0 with a 1.4 era. Its a shame he isnt pitching one of the national televised games.
Issues for LSU are a true # 3 starter as they still dont have one set in stone, they also dont have a shut down closer at this time. Both of these are very worrisome for post season success. If the games are close it looks like the aggies have the advantage in the bullpen.

HR 38 (#18) 47 (#4)

LSU has led the Nation in attendance for 20 consecutive years . 11K tickets are sold of which most are season tickets. Turnstyle (actual) attendance is closer to 10,600 avg. for each game. 8,000 may show up for a mid-week game vs. McNeese, and the following weekend 11,500 will show up for a SEC rivalry series vs. Vandy, Ole Miss, USC, etc...
Skip coached 18 yrs at LSU and went to Omaha 11 times , he finished his career with 5 NC's
He totally changed the mindset and mentality of LSU fans everywhere. There's a 5 year wait just to get season tickets and there's no guarantee you will get choice seats. You have to donate BIG $$$ just to move up the season ticket list and then wait til someone doesn't renew theirs
